INTERPRETATION & COORDINATION

Better conversations with the professionals you rely on.

A qualified professional may have the right expertise without working in your language. KIZUNA helps both sides communicate through independent interpreters, written translations and practical coordination.

01 / What to think about before a consultation

What to think about before a consultation

  • Which languages and specialist fields are involved?
  • Will the session be online or in person?
  • How long is the meeting and what preparation material is available?
  • Do you need interpretation, translation or scheduling support?
02 / KIZUNA

How KIZUNA can help

  • Arrange an interpreter for an agreed online meeting, subject to skill and availability.
  • Quote translation of general communications and eligible documents.
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up within an agreed scope.
A MORE PRACTICAL GUIDE

Language support as part of the solution, not an automatic surcharge

Routine bilingual project communication is built into KIZUNA’s standard whole-project budgeting where stated. Standalone specialist interpretation and unusually complex or certified document work remain available as separately scoped assignments.

THE OPTIONS

Understand your options

Included in standard projects

Ordinary bilingual correspondence, agreed interpreted meetings and progress reporting within the written scope.

Standalone interpretation

One meeting or a defined series outside another KIZUNA package.

Specialist or certified documents

Legal, notarised, high-volume or specialist terminology work requires a document-specific quotation.

DOCUMENTS & INFORMATION

What to prepare initially

  • Meeting topic, participants, duration and intended outcome
  • Sample non-sensitive terminology or file details
  • For documents: language pair, word/page count, original format and destination
  • Any certification requirements identified by the receiving authority

A professional will confirm the complete, case-specific document list. Please do not send passports or financial records in the initial inquiry form.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Scope, timing and things that can change the budget

  • We do not bill for routine interpreted meetings twice if they are included in a standard package.
  • Certified translations and apostilles are different functions. Authorities may impose country- or document-specific requirements.
  • Professional advice is delivered by the authorised professional, not by the interpreter.

MORE ANSWERS

Questions people ask before engaging

Why is interpretation listed separately when it is included in packages?

The standalone rate is for clients who need interpretation without purchasing a whole coordinated project, or for additional services beyond the agreed package scope.

THE COMPLETE PICTURE

What might the whole process cost?

We estimate the whole standard project, including the qualified professionals and routine English-language coordination—without charging twice for everyday interpretation or translation.

Example: separately booked 60-minute interpretation

A single planning example covering the described standard scope, with routine bilingual support already included in the relevant service fee. Not a binding quote.

Estimated overall customer payment for this example¥33,000

This separate service is only relevant if no full-project quote already covers the same interpretation work. Duplicate charging for routine bilingual communications is not intended.

Not included in this illustration

The specialist adviser’s own fees, substantial preparation or certified translations. No extra fee is charged if routine interpretation is already included in an existing project quote.

These are market-aligned budget examples, not a fixed quote or a guarantee of outcome. Ordinary English-language coordination, agreed meetings and routine correspondence are already included in the scoped service fees; exceptional or certified translations are quoted separately only if needed. Licensed professionals independently contract for regulated work. You receive an itemised total estimate before paid work begins.

Who is responsible for regulated work

Interpreters convey the professional’s explanations; they do not independently advise on law, tax or immigration. Confidentiality and document handling must be agreed before sensitive material is shared.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I bring an interpreter to my current tax accountant?

Yes, if your adviser agrees. We discuss the subject matter, duration, confidentiality and preparation in advance.

Can I pay only for one meeting?

Single-session interpretation is a possible arrangement. We quote the scope and minimum booking requirements before confirmation.

Can I use AI translation instead?

Automated tools may be useful for low-risk drafts, but complex legal and tax communications can require qualified human review and appropriate confidentiality controls.
